March 31, 2008

Everyone seemed to be rested and ready to rock here at school today! We jumped right in learning about Worley cave, stalagtites and -mites! Everyone is so excited for our trip tomorrow. Please see the info that went home today.

Parents,

Please make preparations to pick up your child tomorrow at 5:00pm. We are trying to maximize the amount of time we get to spend in the cave. Hopefully, many of you checked the blog (http://evergreengrade4.blogspot.com/) last week and have made accommodations. If not, I hope you can make this happen so that we can enough time in the cave. This is going to be a fantastic trip! Please review the equipment listed below. The cave will be a constant 55 degrees and damp. Students will get wet and muddy, up to their knees and while crossing a subterranean river. We will be leaving first thing in the morning, so please get to school on time.

Thanks,
Kevin & Lee
